توّا منصة بتوصّل منتجات من مخزن توّا ومن متاجر ومطاعم وصيدليات شريكة، وبتقدّم خدمة «هاتلي حاجة» لطلبات من برّه التطبيق.
Tawwa delivers products from the Tawwa hub and partner stores, restaurants and pharmacies, and offers “Bring me anything” for items outside the app.
الحسابYour account
لازم تكون البيانات اللي بتسجل بيها صحيحة، وإنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على كلمة السر بتاعتك.
Your sign-up details must be accurate, and you're responsible for keeping your password safe.
الأسعار والدفعPrices & payment
الأسعار ورسوم التوصيل بتظهر في الفاتورة قبل ما تأكد الطلب. والدفع حاليًا كاش عند الاستلام. في «هاتلي حاجة» بتدفع تمن الحاجات اللي اتشترت زائد رسوم الخدمة.
Prices and delivery fees are shown on your bill before you confirm. Payment is currently cash on delivery. For “Bring me anything” you pay the items bought plus the service fee.
الإلغاء والمرتجعاتCancellations & returns
تقدر تلغي الطلب قبل ما يبدأ تجهيزه. ولو فيه مشكلة في منتج وصلك، كلّمنا من «المساعدة» وهنراجعها معاك.
You can cancel before preparation starts. If something arrives wrong, contact us from Help and we'll sort it out.
الاستخدام المقبولAcceptable use
ممنوع استخدام توّا لأي حاجة مخالفة للقانون أو لطلب منتجات ممنوعة.
Tawwa may not be used for anything unlawful or to order prohibited items.
تعديل الشروطChanges
ممكن نحدّث الشروط دي، ولو التغيير مهم هنبلّغك في التطبيق.
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about important changes.
