• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، ورقم الموبايل، والإيميل.
• العناوين اللي بتحفظها، وموقعك على الخريطة لو اخترت تحدده.
• تفاصيل طلباتك ومحادثات الدعم.
• بيانات تقنية بسيطة عن الجهاز والتطبيق علشان نحل المشاكل.

• Account details: name, mobile number and email.
• Saved addresses and your map location if you choose to share it.
• Your orders and support conversations.
• Basic technical data about your device and app to fix problems.

علشان نوصّل طلبك، ونتواصل معاك بخصوصه، ونحسّن الخدمة، ونحمي حسابك من أي استخدام غلط. مش بنبيع بياناتك لأي حد.

To deliver your orders, contact you about them, improve the service and protect your account from misuse. We never sell your data.

المندوب بيشوف اسمك ورقمك وعنوانك وقت توصيل طلبك بس، والمتجر بيشوف تفاصيل الطلب علشان يجهّزه. وفريق توّا بيشوف اللي محتاجه علشان يساعدك.

Your rider sees your name, number and address only while delivering your order; the store sees the order details to prepare it; Tawwa staff see what they need to help you.

بنستخدم موقعك بس لما تختار تحدد عنوانك على الخريطة، ومش بنتابعك في الخلفية.

We only use your location when you choose to pin your address — we don't track you in the background.

تقدر تعدّل بياناتك وعناوينك من التطبيق، أو تطلب مسح حسابك من «المساعدة».

You can edit your details and addresses in the app, or ask us to delete your account from Help.
